So, I’m sitting at the Hideout, a coffee shop downtown, and I think some lady is holding a workshop for karaoke singers. These non-professional singers are up stage, they take a turn singing and she critiques them, giving them performance advice. Kinda cool. I love Austin.

Lovely Ladybugs

So I’m sitting outside reading earlier today and when a ladybug landed on my knee. I marveled at its beauty and watched as it clumsily crawled around on my knee and dropped a huge turd and flew away. Seriously, that wasn’t very lady like. Fuckin’ ladybugs.
According to this article, they’ve become a nuisance in Texas.

I’m 34.

So, I’m 34. Here are some things I thought 34 would be like:
- I’d be married with lots of children.
- I’d be somewhere outside of Texas.
- I’d be a bus driver and an astronaut.
The list was written when I was like 7.
